Not sure if this is related to a PPT limitation or the gallery stuff
Some gallery objects are based on drawings from pptx. In file format you will find draw:type="ooxml-...". LibreOffice cannot convert those objects to ppt-format. That problem is already tracked in bug 89853. So please help to identify the problem with the gallery items: Put each problematic item in a separate presentation. Unzip the file and search for "draw:type" in content.xml. If you find "ooxml-..", it belongs to bug 89853. If it has not "ooxml-..." it is a different problem. In that case attach that file here.
