You could try turn off hardware acceleration inside libreoffice (Tools->Options...->LibreOffice->View->Use hardware acceleration).
Also please reset / delete user profile and see if happens. And try with newer version, preferably daily master that will be installed separately to your working LO. https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html
After switching off the hardware acceleration, the error began to appear much less frequently (the error appeared a week after switching off the acceleration) and in fewer buttons began to change color. As soon as I turned the hardware acceleration back on, many buttons changed color.
Are you using dark theme in Windows? Or some custom theme?
Yes, I have a custom style. But it just selects a desktop picture. For working windows, I have "windows 7 - Simplified window style." And it has a black background color outside the work window.
I update the title. Please do per Comment 3,to be sure it's not profile and not resolved in master (master is relevant for bugs and it's 7.1+ now).
So far, there has been no such error in the LibreOfficeDev version 7.1.
Let me put Needinfo then so that we don't keep Unconfirmed, which attracts QA, but hardly will someone experiment with if not clear steps. With Needinfo you will get notice in 6 months. Please try to use master sometimes, like reading, but not for saving files.
