Description:
Reject changes being rather slow

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Edit -> Track and changes -> Manage 
3. Reject All or a single Entry

Actual Results:
Rejecting a single entry takes 30 seconds with 7.1
It takes 20 seconds with 3.0 and 4.4.7.2

Expected Results:
10 seconds or so


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword
