I cannot adjust page margins because I no longer have the Format - Page tab.

Actual Results:

Reimplemented.

Now found on the Format -> 'Page Style...' dialog's "Page" tab.

Available from context menu, or Standard toolbar. Common page layout controls are also present on the Sidebar 'Page' deck.
