Description:
I had a Calc file test_temp.ods with 40M. It insert 400 images with "anchor to cell".

When I save file, it prompt the following error.

Error saving the document test_temp:
The operation on /User/abcd/Library/Application Support/LibreOffice/4/user/temp/lu2665cqye2.tmp/lu2665cqye4.tmp  cannot be performed because too many files are already open.

But, when I use "save as" the file with the same name, it would be normal. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. When you create a ods file with more 400 images and about 40M 
2. Just click "save" 
3. The problem happened

Actual Results:
It show error and the file don't save.

Expected Results:
The file save normally.
