Maybe it's even accessing the Printer driver (as this apparently the tendency for formula's + Windows)
Do you know which systems are you running this on? If you said the fonts have something to do with the load time, I guess you can try to run this on a different system.
It takes 1 minute for me on a new Win 10 install with no added fonts.
