Description:
FILESAVE RTF: Track changes for image frames lost

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as RTF
3. File reload
4. Hide changes

Actual Results:
Image with toolbars still around

Expected Results:
Frames with toolbars should disappear


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
