Confirming, figure 5 is converted from an image caption frame to a DML shape, "somewhat" badly.

Maybe it's related to bug #112313 - here the Figure 4 is also horizontally centered relative to the paragraph area. Although it's a frame (becoming a shape on export) and not an image.
