This is a new behavior, started with: https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=586750da40c5b332d2442ef24ae121795e88e903 tdf#135001 sw_redlinehide: fix IsShown() for AT_PARA flys Before (way back to 6.0, 5.0) the deleted-paragraph-anchored shape was always visible, so this is an improvement, no regresseion.
Tevfik is seen in MSO even after "No Markup".
