Description:
Undo doesn't restore added content with tracking changes enabled

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Disable show changes
3. Set the cursor at bottom of the page and holding backspace removing kkkk
4. Press Undo

Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
restoring


Reproducible: Always

Cannot reproduce. There's "Lllllll" at the end of the doc, actually, and it restores with ctrl+z.
