Description:
"Online update" is visible in "Tools > Options..." dialog even if onlineupdate module is not installed, and LibreOffice crash when the user select "Online update" in the dialog.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install LibreOffice with all modules except onlineupdate
2. lauch LibreOffice
3. select Tools > Options > Online Update

Actual Results:
This leads to a crash of LibreOffice

Expected Results:
Online update should not be visible in the Options dialog if onlineupdate module is not installed.
