Description:
Image anchor jumping out of table unexpectedly

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Drag the bottom right image up to they cell above and release

Actual Results:
Anchor is placed outside the table

Expected Results:
Not so


Reproducible: Always

For me it works as expected. Image is anchored to character. If you drag the image an moves it up, anchor jumps to the character at the top of the page until you reach formatting marks within the target cell. You can place image inside the cell then. I can't see a bug here.
