Can not confirm on Windows 10 Home 64-bit en-US (1909) with
Version: 7.0.0.3 (x64)
Build ID: 8061b3e9204bef6b321a21033174034a5e2ea88e
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

The OLE Draw object if selected shows as "Anchored to Character", though anchor point is off canvas. While double-click selection enters OLE Draw of the object. <Esc> closes out of the OLE edit. No crash and no other issues. The object anchor shifts onto document canvas adjacent to the object.

And, likewise no crash <Esc> from edit of OLE Draw object, with a /a admin install of LO 6.4.6.1

I can't confirm it with

Version: 7.0.0.0.beta2 (x64)
Build ID: 1c213561a365b5666167321de68c9977500c9612
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: CL

Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html ? You can install it alongside the standard version. I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the master build
