Open a paragraph style, go to TABS and add a tab. Press APPLY. Keep an eye on the display in the horizontal ruler.

EXPECTED RESULT: Tab should show up on the horizontal ruler.
ACTUAL RESULT: Tab doesn't appear until OK is pressed and the dialogue closed.

… Forgot to mention that you should position the cursor in the paragraph first.

I confirm the described behaviour, but I don't think it is a bug, because, if you press apply, position of text will change, if it is affected by the tab setting. So "Apply" refers to the text itself but not to the ruler.
