Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. CTRL+A
3. CTRL+V -> Everything highlighted
4. CTRL+Z
5. CTRL+V -> What I would expect

Actual Results:
Everything highlighted

Expected Results:
Only last character


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

I'm not sure if this some kind of technical limitation or more implementation mater.. or me wanting something else..

I'm aware that similar maybe same kind of issue are floating around
