Description:
FILESAVE DOCX: Frame ends up in footer

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Scroll to page 10 -> notice a frame
3. File Save AS DOCX
4. File reload -> scroll to page 10 (or around the area). Footer with red arrow.. containing the frame text

Actual Results:
Frame text in footer

Expected Results:
In document

        This commit fixes layout problems of DOCX import, but also
        now it's possible to move a textbox beyond the page bottom
        using the arrow keys (this worked only for page-anchored
        shapes in Writer).

This looked okay in 6.4.
Both the frame (with "Schon wenige Jahre...") and the textbox ("Ansichtskarte um 1908...") stayed in place.

I don't see anything wrong here (apart from missing font replaced differently between odt / docx).
