Description:
Insert Chart button sometimes disabled in toolbar without a reason

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a header
3. Press Insert Chart button
4. Click somewhere in the main document
5. Press Undo

Actual Results:
Insert chart button gray

Expected Results:
Active


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Telesto, unfortunately nothing has happened with this bug report for more than half year. So I'd like to ask, if it is still valid. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice?

Modified steps but still present
1. Press Insert chart
2. Click twice in the gray area around the paper
3. Press Undo

It does matter how fast you click for deselect (so i'm clicking tripple click fast at outside the page)
