I confirm for Print with Lo 7.1+ in Windows. Restored is previous position print position (with OK, not Cancel) to upper left corner, but not the size. I see similar with LO 6.0. With OO 3.3, neither position nor size were remembered. I guess this may be useful to increase preview in Print. As for Options, not clear if it's Tools-Options and why would it be needed. If there's something not fitting in, that should be resolved, if possible. Anyway, this should be continued in bug 134791, so I rename just to Print.
Seems that Print size retention is Windows only bug, OK in Linux.

Pls, see attachment "Window after resize". I took screenshots of the "Options" window: 1. English interface a) at startup b) after increasing the window width. 2. Russian interface a) at startup b) after increasing the window width. I think that it is necessary to save the parameters of the "Options" window.
Classic mistakes are: report 2 diff. issues, not follow what other say, discussing further Options here when pointed to other bug, not says why in the worls would anyone resize Options.... useless. So I'll hide. This is Print only.
