Description:
IME (Input Method Editor) is locked when editing footer in Calc. I'm not able to enter any Chinese.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Calc and edit page style.
2.Try to edit footer content.


Actual Results:
Unable to enter any Chinese via IME.

Expected Results:
IME should work correctly.


Reproducible: Always
