Description: When creating multiple grouped tick boxes within a form template under docx format, the tick boxes and form display, function and print correctly. The form appears to work correctly throughout. However, when the file is saved, closed and relaunched, all of the tick boxes disappear. There is a gap where the boxes should be. Steps to Reproduce: 1.create docx document 2.Create a group tick box 3. Reorganise tick boxes, font and alignments in design mode 4. exit design mode to check operation and tick exclusivity functions ok 5. Copy/paste grouped tick boxes into desired locations, renumbering box identifier to prevent box inter-dependency. 6. Test all boxes can tick correctly and retention of choice. 7. Print to check box control function does not prevent tick choice output. 8. Save file Actual Results: Opening file, all tick boxed have gone - spaces left. Thank you for reporting the bug. It seems you're using an old version of LibreOffice. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away. I'm also not sure, what do you mean by "tick box"? Are you talking about Form Controls?
In order to test, we need ODT with steps 1.-8. so that only in 9. it's Save as DOCX. Please created and attach such ODT. Note that the bug may already be reported, so search will be needed.
