How do you expect the bug fixed without example to investigate? You can attach an example file by using https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=135782&action=enter Of course, the document must be sanitized (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Bugzilla/Sanitizing_Files_Before_Submission) since all files are automatically made public in Bugzilla. You can also give a try to 6.4.6.
Does LibreOffice handle rtf, or not? There is no binary answer to it. LibreOffice import handles RTF, however not 100% complaint all the time.. but it could also be a rendering issue (not import). Or even something totally different.. An example file would be appreciated, we can't do much without one
