Created attachment 164485 [details] native2.docx: created with bibisect-linux-64-7.0 I can't confirm. I have Office 2003 with the compatibility pack, and I have never run into troubles with opening LO generated docx files. Tested with both 7.1 and 7.0. Confirmed that native2.docx contains <w:compat> <w:compatSetting w:name="compatibilityMode" w:uri="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/word" w:val="15"/> </w:compat>
I have the same version of the compatibility pack. (found the version number under add/remove programs, Compatibility pack - support information.)
