Description:
Interactive frame split converting odt to docx and back to odt

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload
4. Save as odt
5. File reload

Actual Results:
Frame broken into pieces

Expected Results:
not so, same as docx or source odt


Reproducible: Always

This one seems to be fixed in 7.1.

At first I thought this one was involved (but it wasn't - just broke and then re-fixed in 7.1).
