Description:
On Writer Options > General > Word Count, No Topics on help page about "Show standardized count" checkbox and "Characters per standardized per page:" box.
 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open writer
2. Tools > Options 
--> open Options window
3. LibreOffice Writer > General
4. press Help button
--> Open Help page.

Actual Results:
No Topics on help page about "Show standardized count" checkbox and "Characters per standardized per page:" box.

Expected Results:
Written about "Show standardized count" checkbox and "Characters per standardized per page:" box.


Reproducible: Always
