Not in Draw, but it's possible to do it in Impress, inserting as media-photo album. Copy all and pasting in Draw. But it is only for graphic files. Looks to me a good idea. E.g. to join several pdf with one step.
Use case is unclear to me. If it's about automation, eg. load file and save/export in other format, you may use the command line. There are likely several resources on the web, for example https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/2641/convert-to-command-line-parameter/ Otherwise, why do you want to load multiple files into a program that operates on one document?
