Description:
Footer border setting in the dialog isn't executed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 162564 [details]
2. Format -> Page Style -> Footer -> Press More button
3. Enable the border present (or enable borders). Set the line width bit fatter if needed & press OK
4. Press OK again

Actual Results:
Border

Expected Results:
Nothing


Reproducible: Always

No ODF problem. It is a rendering problem. If you save the file and open it in LO 64, the border is shown.

Regina, I tested, confirmed that. I save it. Open with 6.3.2 and the border is there.

It is a bug, but maybe it needs another title.

The border in the footer is there just after Reload.
