Description:
On first launch of new version, clicking the "Open File" icon did nothing. It worked after restarting the app.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install version 7 over version 6
2.Launch
3.Click "Open File"

Actual Results:
nothing happens

Expected Results:
fileOpen dialog appears


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes
