Description Dan Essin 2020-08-20 00:34:17 UTC
When pasting a word or sentence, the paste occurs at the cursor location. This is generally at the end of, or the beginning of, a word. An extra step is require to insert the space that should have/could have been added automatically, as happens in MS Word. It's little things like this that can, over time, become so annoying that some might abandon LO in favor of Word (with all of its negatives.)

Just for clarification: The idea is, to add a space automatically, if there isn't a spce, correct? In situations when I copy a word, mark a second word and paste the first word I don't want to have an additional space.

Is your request covered by the similar bug 68268?
