Description:
Many wrap functions non-functional in header footer but available in the context menu the only working two are wrap through and wrap background

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the frame & change wrap settings; nothing

Actual Results:
Non functional wrap settings

Expected Results:
Or removal of the wrap settings from the context menu of working wrap


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

As I love asking.. what is which part is wrong here.. should wrap function in header footer or is the context menu wrong

Word 2003 seems the have the same obscure behavior; offering pointless settings

It isn't just Word 2003. Also true with 2019. However, as bug 104596 shows, wrapping IS applied if it is anchored in a table. (But in that case ONLY when LayoutInTableCell.)

It is a lovely world...
