Description:
Deleting text with backspace slows down heavily

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Open a process monitoring tool
3. Place cursor at the end of the line of text
4. Press and hold backspace (notice slowdown on the first line) 

Actual Results:
CPU hammering & slowdown

Expected Results:
Not so


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

I see an increased use of cpu, but response in LibreOffice it's fine for me.

Maybe in relation with the frame containing the flow-char image(2 objects) it's wrapped to 'Optimal page wrap'

Nothing weird seen with perf. I don't see any frames or objects, though.

Track changes ->  show will popup the hidden content

But I'm not noticing anything off either..
