Description:
Image differently positioned after undo (in bulleted list); different anchor position

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the image frame (not image
3. Press arrow down/arrow up (needed to get the (un)desired effect)
4. Place the cursor at the last bullet
5. Press & hold backspace until all bullets are deleted
6. Press CTRL+Z until everything is restored

Actual Results:
The anchor has moved from bottom of the list to top, causing a different layout

Expected Results:
Anchor back to initial position


Reproducible: Always

Adding bibisectrequest to pinpoint the person who made the behavioral change (and introduced this problematic case)

Telesto, unfortunately nothing has happened with this bug report for more than half year. So I'd like to ask, if it is still valid. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice?
