1. open attachment 164583 [details]
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload

Actual Results:
Wrong

Same as ODT

Textboxes within frames falling out of the frame is bug #121509

Frames within frames falling out of frame is bug #135985, but as I commented there, it really boils down to "embedding textboxes in textboxes is not supported in Word/Docx".
Let's mark this as well as duplicate.
