Description: Make the yellow Missing Hyphenation data more helpful Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the example file without dictionary for Hungarian installed 2. You get a nice yellow info toolbar And note: I personally find the distinction Hyphenation <-> Dictionary slightly confusing. I agree, and with the new "tight additions" it should be easy to add. See https://yusufketen.com/post/2020-08-31-libreoffice-gsoc-final-report/
Should Additions dialog show all available hyphenations or dictionaries (I don't know which category it should be) or just locale user version? Or may be show all available hyphenations/dictionaries with locale user version as the first item then similar or close locale (like pt-BR & pt-PT) and the rest all non related locale

And many extensions provide both, the word list and hyphenation.
