The same problem appears in the presence of images
You have 4 links, and when using Navigator you can move from one to another very easy. What is suposed to do something else?
No. I want to move between the pages. In the absence of images or hyperlinks, the use of the pages works. Page doesn't work in the presence of an image or hyperlink. I'll explain. In the box next to the page I set the number of the page where I want to go. I press enter and stay on the page where I am. To move I have to use up or down arrow. In previous versions I didn't have this problem.
I confirm the bug. Version: 7.0.0.3 Build ID: 8061b3e9204bef6b321a21033174034a5e2ea88e CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: ro-RO (ro_RO.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded And I have created a video for this bug
Created attachment 164771 [details] video showing the bug
NOT in Version: 6.4.5.2 Build ID: a726b36747cf2001e06b58ad5db1aa3a9a1872d6 CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; Locale: ro-RO (ro_RO.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded
But also is working well on Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 217122387f6e0ef657b8ba85eae082b448901cec CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: ro-RO (ro_RO.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded So, maybe it was solved in master. Maybe was a temporar problem and was solved until version 7.1.
Also I don't find this bug in Version: 7.0.2.0.0+ Build ID: 5f305e6792c1c166b2a44a1e5085f42f53db50ea CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: ro-RO (ro_RO.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded
Ok. I will be patient, waiting for version 7.1. Is the 7.1 alpha release available?
7.0.2 will be available on Oct 11, 2020 https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan
7.0.1 will be released on Sep 6, 2020. Maybe this version also will solve this problem. Also 7.1.0.0 alpha is available https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@86-TDF/current/
I have installed development version 7.1. The Writer Navigator works well. For the moment I use it as a working version pending September 6th. How do I report any bugs?
This is the best way to report bugs. You have in the page the menu NEW and you can open as many bugs you need it. But I think this bug is solved because you confirm it is solved in 7.1. Do you agree to close this bug since is ok in 7.1?...
