Description:
Inconstant behaviour removing superscript with backspace

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file with English dictionary installed
2. Type 1st at the end of the line
3. No remove the st addition with backspace
4. type something still superscript
5. remove the type stuff again
6. press arrow left arrow right
7. Type again

Actual Results:
After removing all superscript, superscript still active. After moving arrow it's disabled

Expected Results:
It's still on or off after removing st. They arrow key should not make a difference
