Description:
Launch LibreOffice takes longer compared to before (installed version)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double click LibreOffice icon
2. Wait 5 seconds until splash screen appears

Actual Results:
5 seconds

Expected Results:
2 or so, never took so long before.

I'm suspecing/blaming: create instances with uno constructors


Reproducible: Always

Could the "create instances with uno constructors" change have a negative performance impact.

Launching LibreOffice is noticeable slower (on Windows) for a while now.

Highly unlikely. Best to bibisect it.

Found they issue; it happens in the case where all Interface Languages are installed. They Dictionary Extensions are not the issue, but the additional files in registry directory...

Moving it to a fresh bug report, it's unrelated to 7.1
