I am having a similar problem with every version of LO 6.3.6 through at least version 7.0.0. Did not affect 3.X and I don't know about the inbetween versions. When I try to customize the main Writer toolbar and add function "Restore View", I can assign an icon and that icon shows for the session. I can even open new windows and the icon shows. But as soon as I close LO and re-launch it, the icon is gone and replaced with the text "Restore View". A friend tested it on 7.3.2 and it seems to be fixed in that version. Unfortunately, I can't use anything newer than 6.3.6 right now because they broke using it in 16 bit color.

Ok, I guess we can close this as Nukool didn't respond in a year. > Unfortunately, I can't use anything newer than 6.3.6 right now because they > broke using it in 16 bit color. Which bug number is that?
