Navigator panel UI file causes crash with extended tips

The attached file is the UI file for navigator sidebar in Calc. It contains accessible-description contents. LibreOffice master crash when the ui file is used.

To reproduce: Open a spreadsheet, click on the navigator button in the sidebar.

Failure is in 

make UITest_calc_tests

File was edited with Glade 3.36.

isn't this a duplicate of bug 136162 ? I have a fix for that in 7d0279121f099aa36fcee3f0df207bdbcee75ad4 since Aug 27th and de01c0c1d0f80ffec3882625d77c02ab806f6c7a is from Aug 22nd
