Description IanF 2020-09-01 12:41:48 UTC
Description:
Calc time subtraction not calculating correctly.

Calc difference than add diff back to original does not produce the 2nd date-time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Date1... 2020-09-01 11:18:08,
2. Date2... 2020-09-01 11:29:27
2. Formular.... =Cell_2 - Cell_1
3. Gives incorrect Difference

Actual Results:
1. Date1... 2020-09-01 11:18:08, Date2... 2020-09-01 11:29:27
2. Calc date2-Date1, gives... 00:11:19 (not correct)

3. Date1 + Diff(2), gives... 2020-09-01 11:29:27(Correct)

Expected Results:
2. difference should be 00:21:19

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

CALC test case for incorrect date time calc
Comment 2 BogdanB 2020-09-01 12:57:51 UTC
I consider to be ok:
the diference between 11:18:08 and 11:29:27 is 11 minutes and 19 seconds, so the diff is correct

And you have done a verification formula: the old time+ difference should be equal with A3, and it is correct (2020-09-01 11:29:27).

I dont understand where is the problem. See the image. The result is ok
