Don't repro in Version: 7.0.2.0.0+ Build ID: 5f305e6792c1c166b2a44a1e5085f42f53db50ea CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: ro-RO (ro_RO.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded
I tried all the versions from 7.0 and I can't repro. Try this solution: Go to Help - Restart in Safe Mode - Reset - Factory Settings - everything should be ok. Waiting for your results.
I have done a full factory reset ticking both boxes under the reset option for good measure. Unfortunately this doesn't fix the problem, however running in safe mode does solve it. It's a shame i can't tell you in what version I started noticing it in. Who knows, it may be a graphics driver thing but as i mentioned, it seems oddly specific to Libreoffice launcher and i've not noticed any issues in any other applications or games.
Some of the aparent bugs are in fact corruption of old profile. Settings from your old LibreOffice remain in the new versions, creating problems. It's ok now for you, so I will close this bug.
I marked wrong as fixed. Based on your comment "Unfortunately this doesn't fix the problem, however running in safe mode does solve it." I will mark it as unconfirmed again.
If it's about LibreOffice 7.0, this might help Launch LibreOffice Menu Tools -> Options -> View -> Check Force Skia software rendering & press OK (assuming Force Skia being unchecked by default)

Amazing thanks, checking the skia rendering box appears to have fixed it. :) Thanks, M P.S. sorry for pointlessly adding another artifact image, it was just because more appeared in a new situation.
This appears to be possibly a driver problem. Please provide your <cachedir>/skia.log (where on Windows the <cachedir> should be AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache).

(In reply to warrior_hamster from comment #11) > Created attachment 165133 [details] > skia.log > > this should be what you asked for Thanks for all the efforts. However, sadly not to helpful. Vulkan needs to be turned on to see needed inform. So Tools -> Options -> View -> Uncheck Force Skia Raster, Press OK & Restart Upload the Skia log (should look different compared to the one you uploaded)
Created attachment 165134 [details] skia.log with unchecked forced rendering Here you go.

I believe I can confirm that with the new 7.0.3 release this bug is fixed for me. Great work everyone. M
All but most recent nvidia drivers have been blocked, so this is hopefully not a problem. If somebody can still reproduce this problem, please reopen and provide the information as said in comment #10.
