Description:
Sections in the sidebar not a nice list after RTF paste

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 163638 [details]
2. Sidebar -> Navigator -> Expand sections
3. In document CTRL+A
4. CTRL+X
5. CTRL+SHIFT+V
6. RTF paste 

Actual Results:
Jumbled section list

Expected Results:
Normal list


Reproducible: Always
