Description:
Regression - Password cannot be Removed from a Sheet. When SAVE AS used, password checkbox is already unchecked. Checking asks for a new password, unchecking doesnt remove

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In version 7.0 set a password to a CALC then save
2. Now reopen, choose SAVE AS & try removing the password
3.

Actual Results:
Unable to remove a password in 7.0 once set.

Expected Results:
Password should get removed


Reproducible: Always
