.svg image to reproduce the problem

Steps to reproduce:
- Open Impress
- insert the attached svg image
=> remark that the shadow of the legend does not appear
- open the same svg image with, e.g., inkscape
=> the shadow of the legend appears

At the moment, the filter feColorMatrix is supported but it's called from a mask, and it seems the combination of mask + filter doesn't play well

Yep, root cause is the same as in bug 99562. If values="0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0" is replaced by values="0 0 0 0 0 1 1 1 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0", then it works...
