Description:
Scrolling to bottom after paste

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open https://bz.apache.org/ooo/attachment.cgi?id=12592
2. CTRL+A
3. CTRL+C
4. CTRL+N
5. CTRL+V

Actual Results:
Scrolls to bottom

Expected Results:
I would love they behavior of 4.4.7.2 where that isn't they case. Maybe be accident. Personal preference maybe

Paste works like insertion and progress the cursor to the end. In fact it scrolls down to the end of the new document in your example, or to the end of the paragraph if we talk about any lorem ipsum. 

I cannot imagine a use case where you insert content without wanting to continue after it. => NAB

Doesn't seem to hard; I paste something & I want to edit it ;-). But yes, didn't think of.. wanting to paste again
