Typing in English vs. typing in Hebrew - no automatic spell checking

When typing, automatic spell checking works fine with LTR languages (English, Russian) and doesn't work with Arabic and Hebrew (i. e. no red line under misspelled word).

The same bug occurs in Ubuntu 20.04 and Linux Mint 20 as well.

Video is attached. Thanks a lot!

And could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.

And - if it is still present in the actual version of LO - which Hebrew and Arabic dictionaries do you use?
