Appears to be file open. The exported DOCX with 4.2 is also broken with 7.1 and looks ok in 4.2

Can't reproduce with Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 7cd5b35caa8d4fa9d0ba2b2c6ce4b88726ed2be6 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB Calc: CL and document from comment 2 Page 3 is empty in both documents and page 4 (image of mainboard and text) looks the same Additional information I have only saved as docx and reloaded the file. Telesto, could you perhaps attach screenshots to make difference more visible?
