Paste from web freezes LibreOffice

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Inside Clipboard https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/insideclipboard.zip
2. Download the attached clp
3. Launch Inside Clipboard; Load from clp
4. Open Writer & Paste -> Fine
5. CTRL+Z
6. CTRL+V -> Freeze

Actual Results:
Simply freeze.. LibreOffice doesn't do appear to do anything (not even in Very Sleepy). Mutex issue?

Expected Results:
Paste?

Telesto, a similar problem has been fixed recently. So could you please retest with current master?
