Description:
I have a file created with Microsoft Office. When I open the file with Libre Office, Lines disappear and paragraphs not displayed correctly when opening Microsoft Office files. This bug occurred in versions 6.4.6 and 7.1. When I edit the file, save then open it on Microsoft Office Online, the line is missing. The file I attached.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the file in LibreOffice Writer

Actual Results:
The Lines disappear 

Expected Results:
The line should appear.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Fix Compatibility issue.
