Description:
Slow file opening Table DOCX

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 164209 [details] and wait until rendering finished

Actual Results:
35 seconds

Having seen the same issues with ODT. Based on VerySleepy it looks like something isn't done that optimal. However table layouting not that easy. No clue what's overhead and what's simply needed

Expected Results:
15 seconds?

and 5.3 (new layout engine). Seems OK with the old engine

@Noel,
Their appears some room for some perf magic here. Not sure how different DOCX import is from ODT, but file open 15 seconds with ODT and 50 seconds with DOCX. This was faster before Harfbuzz (5.3). Around 25 seconds.

Result: Around 30 seconds
