Writer LibreOffice v7.0.0.3 (x64), (and all other components), sometimes have a problem with Full Screen on my Win7 Pro 64bit desktop rig. If I go full screen and work on a document, then switch to another app with Full Screen set (Chrome for example), if I click the Writer document in the Task Bar is all I get is the Title Bar of the document. No contents shown. I have to use Normal view to see the full document display (Title Bar and contents). Sometimes the same thing happens with a Calc Sheet I use, when I launch it (Title Bar, no contents), but Writer is the most bothersome.
Edwad, I'm not so familiar with full screen mode (View => Full Screen), so let me ask one question: How do you change from Writer Full Screen Mode to another App, without leaving Full Screen Mode?
Created attachment 165794 [details] screenshot I tested now. Open a folder with 2 LibreOffice Writer documents. - Open one of them. View - Fullscreen. Than Alt+Tab to move to folder and open the second LO document. And also View- Fullscreen. After I move with Alt+Tab to Explorer (folder) I see my document name, available for all LO documents open. In my case I see the files names. Version: 7.0.1.2 (x64) Build ID: 7cbcfc562f6eb6708b5ff7d7397325de9e764452 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: ro-RO (ro_RO); UI: en-US Calc: threaded
Bogdan, thanks for the hint with ALT-Tab. Now I tested with LO and Chrome in Full View, but couldn't reproduce the problem Version: 7.0.1.2 (x64) Build ID: 7cbcfc562f6eb6708b5ff7d7397325de9e764452 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB Calc: threaded
I have tested this using LO plus Chrome, Opera and Firefox and I am unable to reproduce the bug in the following build: Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) Build ID: fca525d570f4fada3db1a9bbee2e88a5a02839d9 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-AU (en_US); UI: en-GB Calc: CL
(In reply to Edward Redondo from comment #0) > sometimes I > have a problem with Full Screen on my Win7 Pro 64bit desktop rig. "Sometimes" is hardly to reproduce as the previous comments show. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away. If it is still reproducible "sometimes" please try to find out, if you can give any hints or steps to reproduce the problem. Thank you.
